Dr. Lewis was born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska for his undergraduate studies and the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California for his graduate studies. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1979 and has been practicing in Southern California ever since. He opened California Oaks Vision Center in Murrietta in 1989 and Redhawk Vision Center in Temecula in 1998.
Dr. Lewis has been happily married to his wife "Gay" for 24 years and lives in Fallbrook with his English Bulldog, "Goldie" and Boxer "Champ". He enjoys boating, golf, traveling, and scuba diving.
Alexander Field
Dr. Field has been working at California Oaks Vision Center since October, 1999. He was raised in Los Angeles, California and attended the University of Southern California for his undergraduate studies. After graduating in 1972, he attended the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1976.
Dr. Field currently lives in Foothill Ranch, California with his wife of 24 years, Beverly, and his two children, Benjamin and Natalie. He lived in England for 8 and 1/2 years and enjoys golf, fine dining, and traveling.
James Creech Dr. Creech was raised in Southern California. He attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he studied aquatic biology. He then attended Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon where he received his Doctor of Optometry. He has since received further training in treating eye diseases from University of California at Berkeley, University of California at Los Angeles and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr Creech has practiced in many clinical settings including the United States Navy, private practices, and large clinical and surgical practices. He especially enjoys helping children and seniors with their visual needs. Dr. Creech has been married to his lovely wife, Kimberly, for 35 years, and has 5 children, 2 dogs, a cat, a gecko, and many koi fish. He enjoys building, hiking, volleyball, racquetball, and being actively engaged in his Christian faith.
Kenneth James Dr James was born in Southern California and attended Fullerton Junior College, Indiana University, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Southern California College of Optometry. He was honorably discharged as a Lieutenant, United States Naval Reserve in 1969 and opened Huntington Family Optometry in Huntington Beach, California where he practiced for twenty six years. Dr James received his Board Certification to manage and treat Glaucoma after additional training in 2003 and has practiced in a group Medical-Optometric practice in Sun City and Temecula for the last ten years. He is married, the father of three children, and enjoys riding his horses in his spare time and traveling.
Catherine Radakovic Dr Catherine J Radakovic was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She attended the University of California, Davis and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology; then went on to attend NOVA Southeastern University, College of Optometry for her graduate studies in Optometry. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2003 and has been practicing in Southern California in a private practice setting ever since. Dr Radakovic is an active member of the College of Optometrist in Vision Development, the Optometric Extension Program, American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, AOA- Sports Vision Section, and AOA - Contact Lens Section. She lives in Corona with her husband Robert Major, Jr and their dog "Oscar". Dr. Radakovic enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and watching movies.
